1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging TrueNode Labs for penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or consulting services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Authorization & Rules of Engagement

You must have explicit legal authority over the systems, applications, and networks you ask us to test. A formal "Rules of Engagement" (RoE) document must be signed by an authorized representative of your company before any active scanning or exploitation begins.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our methodologies are designed to be non-destructive, offensive security testing carries inherent risks. TrueNode Labs is not liable for incidental downtime, data loss, or system instability that occurs during the authorized testing window.

4. Deliverables & Payment

Deliverables (such as the final Penetration Test Report) will be provided according to the timeline agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SoW). Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract.
